It includes a discussion on your competition, both direct and indirect, and your company resources. We will also do a review of current marketing practices, online and offline.

Step 2: Identification of Goals. This begins with your business goals and extends into your marketing goals. We will work with you to establish some baseline measurements, or a plan to begin to put those measurements into place.

Step 3: Strategy and Tactics. This is we take the inputs from Steps 1 and 2 and add some analysis on your current activities and results and use that to formulate our recommended strategies, tactics and actions. This may include website development, content development, digital advertising, search engine optimization, ecommerce, social media, and more. It may be only one of these, or a combination, depending on the goals and needs.

Step 4: Implementation Plan. A well constructed plan is bound to fail if not well implemented. We have over 25 years of experience implementing marketing plans, from high level scheduling to detailed tactical execution. Some plan elements and tactics are short-term, some are long-term. Step 5: Follow Up & Cycle Reviews. Every strategy and implementation plan requires monitoring, review and adjustment. We build in cycle reviews and tracking to ensure we are generating the results expected, or making changes along the way to improve.
